BookMarks is a sixteen-session Bible study elective for older youth in grades 9 through 12 that engages leaders and learners through an emphasis on biblical stories. These sessions are grouped into four areas of importance: Covenant, Salvation, Liber-ation and Justice, and Incarnation.This all-in-one format provides reproducible handouts for learners, which eliminates the need for a separate student piece. As an elective series, BookMarks sessions can easily be used in a variety of settings -- Sunday school, youth groups, or retreats -- to give youth access to the Bible in a way that challenges them to discover meaning and relevance for their own lives.Designed to be used independently or in conjunction with BibleQuest: A Bible Story Curriculum for All Ages, BookMarks uses the importance of the biblical story to form a complete guide that provides the kind of exciting Bible explorations needed to capture the attention of older youth.
